When we connect internet to laptop, mobile, tv via wifi then it stop frequently and not work and video quality also get poor many tiles.
Now my yearly subscribed 25 mbps speed.
When we call in customer care service they havent resolve problem. I think your internet is not ok.
So, refund money and then remove your internet immediately.
Above Complaint given many time from 1 month also visited in their office but problem not resolve from 1&1 internet service provider
