Did complaint on 31 August regarding WiFi broadband. It’s been 45 hours yet no reply/ response from airtel team. Do not have connection since 45 hours. All your assistants are rude or don’t answer properly. Promised me to resolve issue in 24 hours, yet nothing has been don’t in this regard. Neither any follow up msg or call from the allotted engineer. Your redressal system is also not taking call. Neither your supervisor are helpful. Not even a single call back. Got this text messages on 31st August, yet no one called back.
