My internet is not working since 2 weeks for which I called your customer care and when I press 9 to talk to your executive it doesn’t connect me to them but again repeats it’s commands. So I visited your mini store and they said they can’t do anything. And also argued with me in bad tone and said “we are not here to care customer ” .This is very rude.
They also said that you can port your no. To other service providers.
Is this what you Say…WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP YOU…
