I have recharged of Rs 699 plan for 84 days,4GB/day on 22th june 2020. But the internet is not working and not been able to work through my mobile during this pandemic sitiation of COVID-19. I just put an complain in vodafone customer care on 7th of july they estimated to resolve the issue by 10th of july within 5.00 pm. But the problem isn’t resolved. Therefore, i again called up at customer care they estimated to resolve at its earliest and getting a call from vodafone network department but yet haven’t received any call. Again i called up they said issue persistent will be solved at early.
But please clarify it is it a justice for a middle class family and getting a wastage of 4 gb/day no usage?
Who is the getting the benefit? A vodafone comapny or a customer?
