Its regarding the Vodafone who is charging me for data even when i have not used and disabled the internet option in mobile. I am regularly getting message saying data is consumed even when i disabled the mobile data option. and even my last month bill was more than 700rs may be because of the same issue.
I contacted vodafone customer care. He told me i should deactivate the option (calling 1925),
So even if i disable the data in mobile, data charges will be applied
We should call 1925 to deactivate and stop the hidden charges.
Why customers are charged hiddenly? this is inappropriate.
