I had made an online purchase from an online site etniccube.com for jewellery worth rs. 4025/- on Nov 21, 2020. The payment was made through card. They just sent one initial mail of order confirmation and after that there is no response from them. There is no telephone no. available. Only mail option is shared on their site to which I have sent 2-3 mails but no response. I was sure of the fraud when i read the reviews and similar complaints on your site.
