I ordered the shoes through an ad on Facebook. I received a confirmation by mail from the company Zenmasstt.com that the goods will be sent and that the cash on delivery payment is 34 euros. Today Overseas delivered the goods, I paid, and when I opened the package, there was textile waste inside! I immediately sent a complaint and request for a refund, but I only get automatic responses to send photos and order details
