Internet speeds of airtel are very slow. I have given complaint to customer care several times but they are telling me to wait 4g is not available they are upgrading now. I have been waiting for almost 7 months. But still they are saying the same thing. I have lost hope on them and I’ve wasted my time and money believing them on them.

So I am very much irritated with their speeds which are less then 2g speeds. Claiming that they are giving  high speed network which is very much false. If they don’t have 4g infrastructure they should have not given that. Why to make all false promises and promotions. 3g speed is more than enough.

Please take the appropriate action against them. They cheating all the customers.
