Hello Team,
I am using Vodafone service prepaid card since 8-9years have done recharge of Rs2399/- for 365 days on 18th Dec’2019 which says unlimited Local/National calls to all networks + 1.5GB per day + 100 local/National sms per day. Now since 16th Nov’2020 I am not able to use Internet though the validity of my pack is till 15th Dec’2020, incoming and outgoing calls are working only internet is not working. I have provided the screenshot of Vi App which shows validity till 15th Dec 2020 and 0.0GB data along with the transaction details of payment done for recharge on 18th Dec 2019. I have logged complaint on customercare@vodafoneidea.com but still the issue has not resolved and getting call from customer care saying you might have used all the data, which is totally incorrect as the pack says 1.5GB per day data then how come my data is finished.
