Text of Complaint by shrabana talukdar:

My internet has not been working all day even if it shows 4G and even after I recharged my number today with 2gb and an additional 5gb.

I also registered a complaint on 121 and yet there has been no response.

Please look into my problem ASAP.

Due to lockdown restrictions in Guwahati, Assam, I can’t even go to the nearest Airtel office and without internet I can’t attend online classes and it’s very big nuisance.
