Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing this message for complaining about the regular internet connectivity problem. I have been getting frequent internet connectivity issues during the end date. Please note that the internet is cut down one day before the due date every time. Let me explain in detail.
My last recharge was done on 29th September 2021 and the validity for that plan was shown as 28 days that should end on 27th October 2021. But I lost my connection on 26th October 2021 itself and I could not connect internet on 27th October 2021 since morning. Please note that this is not a one-time issue. This happens regularly to me and I don’t know whether this issue happens only to me.
I called Vodafone customer care today and asked about the details. But, I did not receive any positive responses hence I write this letter.
Kindly look into this issue and resolve my problem.
