I have been AIRTEL prepaid user since 2008 with mobile Number 9730802780.
I have recharged RS 558 for internet requirement, since last 3 days, dispite living in Pune where network strength is good I am not receiving my internet data from last 3 days from 27 sept 2018, and today that is 01/10/2018, I didn’t use internet still all 3 GB data has already consumed, I have recgarged on 21st september 2018 of rupees 558 and order number 180921339166.
since I have to use internet for my job purpose, I am facing trouble in doing my work, I have tried to ring up to customer care but they are not giving any option to connect to customer care. It’s highly inconvenience and time consuming which leads to mental harassment.
I have tried to on 198 and 121 customer care number.
Kindly do the needful and hope you resolve my internet connectivity issue at earliest and do some action on it.
