I have been facing internet issues since a week. At around 6:30pm the connectivity problem begins and shoots the peak at around 9 pm. This is not done. When I go to customer care they say I don’t have internet package , wherein I still have 22.2gb to be used after my daily data usage is done.
Look I am a student and I need access to the internet for my online classes and learning stuffs. By cutting it down at night troubles me alot. I alwys have to go back and see recordings of the lecture and I m. Unable to hear the lecture. It’s a big trouble.
If my problem is not addressed by tomorrow then I’ll change my network simply. Coz the faith u r promising isn’t working for my online classes. I can’t hamper my future just becz u r taking so much in fixing the problem.
