Text of Complaint by SURESH MOGADALA:

Dear Sir,

I have savings account in VIJAYA bank at Anand, Gujarat branch and taken home loan from same bank at Visakhapatnam branch.

I have received a message from Bank of Baroda (BOB) on 5th August 2020 and mentioned that your loan account was merged with BOB and given new account number and the new account will be used after 8th of August 2020. But I have not received how I can use my net banking.

After I called to BOB customer service, they told me that you can login with your Vijaya bank user id and password. But it was not worked. Again, I called to BOB customer on this and they told that it is required to unlock your user id. I tried that and followed the procedure by entering unlock used id , entered mobile no, entered OTP, entered transaction password and finally it shows an error message like “ The user can not transit contact the bank for further information”.

I again called to customer on 16th September 2020 and they have informed that your mail id is not updated, and they register the complaint (Reference no: BCOT1672276592) and it will be updated after 19th September.

After 19th of September I tried and found the same error message. On 19th sep 2020 I have received a message from Vijaya bank and mentioned that your Mandates are required for update please contact the branch, otherwise chance of rejection & payment settlements. I called to Vijaya bank customer on this and they simply told that it was merged with BOB and you please contact to BOB customer.

Again, I called BOB customer care support, but my problem was not resolved.

My concern is without providing customer service how this Vijaya bank was merged with BOB. Even after I have not received the service till date and unable to use my internet banking.

During every call the BOB customer support representative asking my details like name, date of birth, nominee name etc and transferring my call to another customer agent and he started the same questions every time and this call is not less that 20 min and I have called more than 10 times so far, but the result is ZERO.
