Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an user of Vodafone GSM connection for the mobile phone.
The service provider offers the package of Rs 599 for unlimited calls, 1.5GB 4G data/day for 84 days.
I am staying in a locality with full network coverage (Urban), as the company is claiming the the 4G network speed for the connection and they are charging for the same.
The Internet speed connection is worst and for the most of the times the browsing takes whole lot of time just to load the web pages.
I suspect that the Internet connection speed is very low, less than the 2G connection and even sometimes it doesn’t even load the pages
I would like to raise a concern in this regard to take a stringent vigilant action and an Investigation against such worst service to its users.
