My brother had called customer care on 25th-aug-2018 before my mom was travelling to thailand about the IR plan, we activated the plan as suggested by them which you should have a record.As per the plan there would be unlimited calls/sms and mobile data for 24hrs at a charge of 500rs.However when she reached thailand on the same day i send a message for deactivation for which i am charged which should be toll free number, later after two days as i didnt get any confirmation on cancellation i send an email for cancellation for which they replied that IR plan has been cancelled and i would be charged on a Pro-rata basis of 149/-.However when the bill was generated i couldn’t find any IR plan activated, when i inquired they said another plan should have been activated instead which i was never informed until i complained.I have been trying to explain this to Customer care since a long time now, they are just generating bills with added taxes. Kindly look into this matter.I am using this number since a long time and don’t wanna loose it hope you will do the needful.
