My name Viswanathan from Mumbai. I had paid Rs 3998/- for activating International roaming of my friend Ms Sruthi Meshram’s mobile 9867091148 who is studying in London, I had paid for activation on 25/11/2020 at 8.p.m. The mobile number is still not activated. When I phoned your office, they said it has been activated. But till now it is still not activated. Please let me know the reason and I would request you to do it as earliest as she is a student with no other communication.
