iam a customer of Vodafone since long and have been using mobile no. 9911565454.
In my monthly bill for the month of March’19, I have received bill of RS. 4185.46/- and being charged for international roaming charges of RS. 2999/- and RS. 149/- for which I have not given any request.
On calling customer care, it seems they are least bothered to resolve customer complaint and outrately denied to accept any request for reversal for the same. On repeated request they have taken the complaint and complaint no. Is 1093108104 dated 07 March 2019.
Moreover, even if we accept this, there was no international roaming activation, since on my trip to Thailand, phone was not having any network.
Hence, with above background of the case, I would request your support for reversal of international roaming charges wrongly mentioned in my monthly bill.
A line of confirmation and rectification of bill will be highly appreciated.
