Dear Sir,
I just informed you; I generated the request for international roaming of Malyasia from 29th May 2022 for 7 days but in my mobile international roaming is not activated till date.
We discussed with the customer care executive and followed the instructions as per the instructions by the executive, but service is not activated.
We request that you discontinue this service when I am not able to use this service. I am not liable to pay this amount to you
