On Saturday(30 Nov 19)I reached for Rs.3997 for international roaming.
The plan is unlimited incoming call and 500 min local and india call with 5 gb internet.
I could use 5gb internet but I could not make outgoing call and I am not getting incoming which suppose to be free incoming call for 30 days.
I called +9910099100 and informed about my problem they told me to reach for Rs.10 to maintain minimum balance which I did but still no go.
now I am not able to call customer care number also. I am in Qatar with out call facility.
