I have requested the international roaming deposit to be refunded back, I have yet to receive a concrete plan for the same from VI. Whenever I try to talk to their call centre, none of the operators are aware of the issue, I ha e to repeat this all over every time, very frustrating, maybe a way to ensure that the customer stops calling again & again.
