I am a prepaid customer of Vodafone. I had recently travelled to Bhutan. Inspite of not having enough balance, Vodafone activated international roaming (without prior notice or permission of mine as consumer). This was inspired of me not having enough balance resulting in my current negative balance of Rs. -97/- As a consumer on prepaid services, no services are provided when balance is 0. How can they by default activate international roaming especially when I have no enough balance. They have deducted 100 Rs as rental and Rs. 72/- as international data roaming charges. Inspite of my complaint to them regarding the same, they are not refunding the amount. My complaint docket no: 2448216332. Please intervene and enable me get refund.
