Hi, I had aid 3000 INR for international Roaming from 15th Nov to 21st Nov 2018 for Thailand. I set the date to activate it. But while i reached to Thailand on 15th Nov 2018 Morning I could not use it as the Network i could not set,. So, I removed the SIM and put one Thailand SIM. But while I came to India on 21st Nov Morning and saw the Bill, the amount 2999 INR is charged in the Bill. I called two times to the CC executive but they are telling that I used the International roaming in those 15th Nov 2018 to 21st Nov 2018. Also, they told that i have made International calls. But when i checked my Bill Call logs there is no call from 15th Nov 2018 to 21st Nov 2018 which i am attaching with it.
