I had placed a request for an IR activation, before I left India and had spoken to an agent by name Abhishek from Vodafone, to get this done ..

I had asked him to activate the IR 149 pack, which he confirmed will be done in the next 30 mins. But I am here now, having reached my destination, with the IR not activated yet.

I have a lot of messages and bank communications that I receive, and without the connection active, I am helpless.

After i reached UAE, i have been following continously with different agents, supervisors and its more than 2 weeks that none of them have been able to provide a solution .. with each of them routing my queries to the other and with fake promises, to return my call in the next 24 hours or some X time, but nothing ever happens … i am so relentless and at a very hapless situation, with no access to my emails or my OTP’s, which are so damn crucial.

There is not a single soul in vodafone, even after marking the entire team from the top to the bottom, who is giving a sanity to the concern address and understand the apathy am in, to ensure the customer’s query is being resolved.

Ironically, i have been Vodafone’s customer for the last 17 years and this is the service level they have with a customer, whose relationship goes long way back… i am so tired of following up, so i would need, if someone can look into this and have this addressed.

If you’ll have such unprofessional agents handling your call centres, then heaven save all your customers, who am assuming are at the mercy of an incompetent team and are in the lurk, to be in for an unpleasantry.
