My Airtel number is 9940737550 and I have paid six month subs in March 2022 before my travel to USA. I was told by customer care of Airtel that the roaming facility will be switched on once I land in USA. Ever since I landed in usa on 28 March there is no service and so unable to make calls to india. This has resulted in disruption of my banking transaction and other official matters. Multiple emails to customer care and nodal officer and appellate authorities of Airtel has not solved my problems but constant repeated WhatsApp messages are being sent by customer care. Finally they have acknowledged that the problem is from their end last week but there is no solution yet. One month subs gone to dust. I need a refund of the portion of the money that was not used for the services offered in the contract.
