Hi,
Airtel in the month of March cahrged me heavy amount towards the data usage on international roaming, where as I have already switched of the data usage and it is only connected through wifi.
I fail to understand that how can a smart phone gets connected to data or internet while one has switched off the data usage option in the settings itself.
This is the second time I have faced this issue from Airtel and they are not even accepting their mistake instead I have been levied late charges on monthly bills now.
I know very well that when the services are switched off it can not connect to internet at all (my brother is network architect and i have checked with him already, though I have also worked in telecom for a decade) but still all this is not helping at all.
All i get is copy paste of same mail every time from their authorities.
