We had signed an agreement with Eternity Interiors from Bangalore to renovate our entire Kitchen from scratch and build two study units in our 2 children’s bedroom.

The MOU was signed on 10th March and the project was supposed to be completed by 10th April. I have made a total payment of 58,972 INR as of today and still no work has begun. Infact they have completely demolished the kitchen on the 30th March, 2021. Since then, Ranbir has begun to avoid calls and we had to continuously pursue it.

It has become difficult to cook without a kitchen and the house is in a mess. I had asked him to return the money as well, but he didnt. He said he will do it and till date there is nothing happening. I need a compensation along with the money that has been paid as the whole house is difficult to manage. Even the old study units we sold off as Ranbir promised to fix everything and handover by 10th April.
