We have purchased a product of Hindware water purifier through Flipkart using our HDFC bank debit card. we wanted to put this in EMI but without any interest so we carefully searched and found the No cost EMI through our HDFC debit card and the product got delivered and installed, Now when first month is starting right after the purchase Banker charged 16% Interest rate for the product specifically opted for NO COST EMI, so this is absolutely cheating by HDFC Bank And Flipkart, because without knowing Flipkart HDFC is not going to show the notification in Flipkart website. I feel both the companies are responsible for this Fraudulent, I am a customer of both Flipkart and HDFC I want to file a complaint against Flipkart and HDFC.

- For Cheating the customer
- For Shown the Fraculent details about the offers in website.
- For Not taking our multiple complaint a serious and avoiding.
- For Making us depressed mentally.
HDFC
For putting interest rate of 16% without any intimation
For Cheating the customer showing something and while billing something.
For For Cheating the customer and taking our time.
