Hi,
This is Abdul khader bin Omer I am the Vodafone user from last 4 years I have recharged on 17 of RS 199/- with 4G service 1.4gb data daily but I didn’t get a 4G services while my mobile is 4G compatible and recently I convert my sim to 4G but I am getting 2G service I call to Vodafone customer care on 18 they said due to technical issue he can’t help and he asked me to call after 2 hours I said ok later I called next day I complaint about my problem to Raju that associate said my 4G services was inactive when I convert my sim to 4G Vodafone offers me 10 GB data free and I used it and that associate said that was inactive you used 3G I have used 4G service and he said he will raised SR and it will get resolved in 24 hours but it was not resolved but he didn’t raised today I call again I spoke to nagachary and he transferred call to his escalation supervisor to mr Nikhil and mr Nikhil was very rude and interrupt very much on the call and disconnect and again I call I spoke to Ibrahim and I demand to speak Nikhil and he kept hold and disconnect and now I can’t call to customer care due to they divert my call to IVRSand now I get the SMS your SR raised and it will get resolved till 27and I am not getting proper network as well if I went to my office area hardly 15 KM’s away from my location my network was very slow this is how a Vodafone provide Thier services to customers and I want the compensation for this inconvenience cause to me wasted my 1hour for this.
