I am using Airtel Postpaid connection for last 13 years ,and i have 4 connections all are grouped in to family Plan .Plan having 130 gb data monthly ,and unused data will be carryforward to next month .i am not consuming the full data limit and every month unused data carry forwarded. But today i faced an issue , in my account no data balance it shown 0 MB, I Speak with customer care they informed all data i consumed and no data balance in this month .But they have no details of data usage. my billing cycle 12th of this month then how to consume the 130gb of data in this 4 days .
