That I am a seller named KT Styles on Meesho and in the month of October 2023, I was shocked to see that my account was debited with Rs. 9,439/- as advertisement cost even when neither it was not requested by me, nor anyone from the meesho team asked me to run any advertisements. It was purely intentional act of meesho due to which i had suffered a huge loss.
After that i have also raised ticket and talked to the customer care team of meesho, who clearly refused to help me regarding this concern.
I have made a complaint in october also, but since no action was taken, i am making a complaint again.
