On 30th november i placed an order with culture circle for adidas yeezy foam runners size 8 , it was delivered on 21st nov , it did not fit me so i contacted their customer support for sixe exchange since their app wasnt updated and was still showing that the order was in transit, so their customer support told me that the exchange has a fee of 1000 + any price difference with the size we want. I said okay since the product i ordered was 8000. And the size i wanted was 7280 , so i agreed to pay the 1000 she said okay the app will be updated within 24hrs then she can place the exchange. I waited till 22nd and then called again i did not get any respond from them until 23rd , and they said the same thing again this time on WhatsApp chat. After that they kept stalling , i told their customer service that this product has been on sale since 25th october and after black friday on 28th November the price will hike so please put my exchange they said they need 24hrs and then stopped responding, on 29th after the sale is over , i get message from them that the size exchange is available i have to pay 1000 and the price difference of current time. I again tried talking to them but no respond since then
