I am having my account with Vodafone with number XXXXXXXX, Some store of vodafone has has changed my email id without my concern on January 3, 2022 (as confirmed by vodafone customer care on Jan 6, 2022).
This is a big integrity issue with needs to be addressed and company needs to answer on that security concerns.
I received one call from Vodafone stating that you need to change your plan to family plan instead of standaloan, i told her that i am not interested in changing any plan still vodafone changed my plan.
I have raised complaint with Vodafone on the same but there was no action/response from them.
