I will get the Mobile Shield Insurance throw Vodafone Company.
I will claim on 8th Nov 2018 to Mobile Shield company and submit all the original document which they ask to update me. As per Mobile Shield my claim pass on 7th Jan 2019 and they update me that it will be transfer in your account within 15 working days (Means 22nd Jan 2019). After many Time followup with Mobile Shield company still my payment not received in my account. When we Champlain to Vodafone company via Mail or Call, then they update me that your payment will be credit in you account end of Feb 2019. But when we don’t get the payment then Vodafone Customer care team me that they cannot help me in this case as this is third party case and i will call to them, When wi will update to Vodafone customer that we know Mobile Shield by your given plan and you will help me to get my payment then they denied and say they can’t help me on this case.
This complain against Vodafone company because i will pay my Mobile bill to Vodafone comapany and this insurance covered throw in Red hot Bill plan.
My Original Document (Original Mobile Bill, Original Repair Mobile Bill, Pen card Copy etc also not return by Mobile shield company)
