Dear Sir
I have a vodafone red plan under which I am entitled to mobile shield .My vodafone no is 9314004637
My mobile is note9 and approx worth is 70,000.I am entitled to claim of 35000
Only my screen got damaged for which I had sent the mobile via pick up arranged by mobile shield wrapped in a bubble wrap.
Now your insurance company is claiming that my mobile is in total loss .They are making a BOGUS claim that battery and back glass are also damaged which is not true.I have pictures to prove it.I had sent the pics to insurance company for showing imei no…which clearly show that my back glass was not damaged and was intact .
I want my mobile back in repaired condition or I will be forced to file a legal action against you.
It has been 1 month approximately since I have been following the claim.kindly expedite the matters and revert ASAP.I am available at this number after 3 p.m.
