as attached ticket, it was tatkal waiting ticket, it canceled after charting done, i receive refund amount but in this amount the amount of insurance Rs. 1.96 not received , and not get any insurance policy against this booking. the irctc said that no refund of insurance amount, that i said if u made policy than why u not given to me.
my latest ticket no. of running mail to IRCTC is 7204011, 7195916,7185457,7174462,
plz do appropriate action against IRCTC
