I had placed an ordered from instyle here.com on 21 july and order id is #11982 and I did the payment for the same via debit card and amount is Rs.1493/- (razorpay id)… his e-mail id is :-care.instylehere.com@gmail.com, also they mentioned “For any product service related queries, please contact SAGAR. I tried to get to know the status of the order there is no revert nor any response to mail sent to them.
And now after 21 days there is no status of the order from there side and are not even responding to the e-mails. neither their web site is opening, nor their facebook page is found again.
kindly do the necessary investigation regarding the same and help me getting the refund and save the consumers from such frauds if they do exists… will look forward for your co operation and will be thankful for the same
