On 23 April 2026 at around 5:00 p.m., l transferred my winning amount from my Instamatch365 account to my Punjab and Sind Bank account using Google Pay. The total amount was 19,000 + 3,000 + 4,000. Despite these transactions being completed on my side, the money has still not been credited to my bank account.

On 24 April 2026, my Instamatch365 account was permanently blocked without any valid explanation. After noticing that the withdrawal had not
reached my bank, I contacted Instamatch365 customer support by
phone, but they did not help me or provide a proper solution. I have transaction details and screenshots for these transfers, which I can share if needed.
I request that my full winning amount 19,000+ 3,000 + 4,000) be immediately credited to my Punjab and
Sind Bank account and that my Instamatch365 account be unblocked without further delay.
