Text of Complaint by Priyabrat Dash:

Sir, I had ordered a Livpure Ro purify water filter from flipkart on 15july.when I had bought there was clearly mention that, it will be installed by flipkart service provider within 48hours.But sir Today is 9August .But it didn’t install yet. I file 3/4complain in their customer help line number but they gave me time. 1st they gave 48hours, next they gave 72hours, Then they gave again 48hours.They increase the time periods for installed my product. Sir it was Prepaid parcel. On 15july I had shopped it, But yet I am not using this product. Sir flipkart take money from customer but service doesn’t provide. It is a Home appliance product, when a customer shop it then it is his necessary product, so he buy it but provider doesn’t provide any installation but they shows clearly mention that they will installed it with in 48 hours. Sir Main thing they extend the time and 13days already gone but not provide any solution. Sir I pray you kindly give them such type of punishment for which he can’t provide this type of service to any customer. Sir I am totally depressed for this type of problem. Sir I also tweet them but no solution. Sir plz help me. I have full proof,document and call recording against flipkart. When it is used I will provide all proof.
