I HAVE PURCHASED A WATER PURIFIER ON FLIPKART AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 10DAYS AND INSTALLATION IS NOT BEING DONE. THE BRAND PARTNER SAYS THEY CANNOT DO INSTALLATION AT MY PINCODE AND FLIPKART SAYS BRAND HAS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAME.
AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ITS CLEARLY MENTIONED ON SELLERS PAGE THAT BRAND INSTALLATION WILL BE DONE. HOWEVER NOW THE BLAME GAME BETWEEN BOTH THE COMPANIES ARE GIVING ME MENTAL TRAUMA .
I HAVE REQUESTED FLIPKART TO TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT AND ISSUE THE REFUND. THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE TEAM.
I FEEL LOST AND CHEATED BY BOTH THE BRANDS.
