Hi team,
Sorry to tell u but I’am extremely unhappy with the way Iam treated regarding installation of the new airtel x stream connection.
Please not that people are not answering the calls and the manager states that I have to wait until the lockdown is over. Whereas I was given false promise that the connection will be setup in 2 working days and I did make the payment immediately.
I have been trying to contact the cx care and the managers of installation team. But I have been give false Info and going around in circle with no luck.
Now they are just telling me to wait until the lock down ends.
There is nothing going on good.
