Text of Complaint by Mohammad Arif:

Dear Sir,
I have purchased the Blue Star AC 1.2 Ton vide order no- 404-3524775-5174751 dated 12.04.2023 and same deliver on 15.04.2023. Service engineer call me for installation with demand of 1770/- while as per amazon installation is 599/-. On this approach to Amazon customer care over excessive charges by engineer & customer care person ensured me once you paid 1770/- to engineer and we will reimburse you difference amount of 1171/- . After this engineer installed ac and raise invoice for Rs-1770/- Billing By “Aalam Service Care” which duly paid by myself. Later when submitted Bill to Amazon for reimbursement ,Amazon denied to make tha payment & give statement that engineer person not associated with them. Now question is that how that person get my detailed for installation of AC. & other side we call to Mr Piyush (Bluestar Authorised Person) Contact No 9541866335 has confirm Mr Aalam is authorised engineer for Bluestar installation in Paonta Sahib.He also confirm that till date engineer not submitted installation report to Amazon/Bluetstar as as a result AC show status of un-installed.Thus between Amzon & Bluetstar a common person suffer which not got his money (balance Amount as per Amazon Assurance) neither proper installation report of AC.
