I requested for a broadband connection on 28th July and paid 2828.46
rupees with transaction ID 1-DZT32OE in there system and PhonePay
transaction id T2208291711473386162354. They scheduled an appointment
with order id21-26395366277 and assigned Engineer Nagarjuna
(07942523613) for 2022-08-30T08:00:00. From 30th till now, the engineer is
not responding, neither there twitter support staff. I am also trying to reach
out to their sales guyMurli Gowda(9731007011) and he is also not responding
with correct information.
