I got my product (water purifier) delivered from Amazon on 11-08-2023, and till now i.e, 20-08-2023 the installation is not completed from v gaurd services and from 12th of August i have daily called to V-gaurd customer care and they are useless for their jobs i have raised an complaint many times and they are not doing anything with my issue and after 5 to 6 days i have called to Amazon customer care and they raised an complaint to V- Gaurd with priority based complaint and the next day one Technician called to me on 16th August and asked for installation and and i have said that he can come on 18th August but till now he has not came to installation and he also not lifiting my calls.
