Hello, I am Suman Sarkar from west Bengal (address -Simurali, Vill-Sutargachhi, Dist-Nadia, pin- 741248). I purchased two Daikin 1.5 ton 5star AC (model- FTKM50UV16V) on 13/04/2023 Thursday. The installer had came on Sunday but they installed one AC properly but the other AC is not working since installation. The problem that is showing that the AC outdoor is not working and the compressor is unable to cool.They couldn’t find out the problem. The next day (17th April Monday) the technician came and tried to checkout the fault.But they were failed. The next day (18th April) another technician had come and tried to check the problem, but he said that there is a technical issue in my outdoor unit. I contacted the seller and he replaced the whole outdoor and indoor machine. Today (19th April) the installer came and installed the setup again. But till now the problem is not solved. The same issue has arrived. The compressor is not working. They said that my electrical line of House is faulty. Then i called the electrician. He said that there is no problem in electrical line because the other AC of my another room is working properly. The installer called the technician again. I am facing a mental harassment with this technical issue.
I appeal to the higher authority to solve my problem as soon as possible and i request you to take a serious response in my problem. The temperature of the climate is going upward. I beg u to send a proper trained engineer and resolve the problem.
