I ordered washing machine from paytm.
ordering date: 01/11/18
estimate delivery date: 07/11/18
but my product was not deliver.i called many times to paytm please deliver my product and I already paid 19000 rupees.but no one give me accurate answer.even they don’t receive my calls.my product was delivered on 12 November.as per company norms after product deliver it’s take 2-4 business days for free of installation.but today date is 22/11/19.but they don’t provide installation,and they charges extra money for demo and installation.i called many times to paytm care but noone give me positive answer.
