I have been offer for Instakart services pvt ltd Master franchise in logistics sector on 10th April 21 for pincode 221002 in Varanasi,Uttar Pradesh, Due to covid and lock down things get delay first i paid Rs.35200 for franchise fees then after all documents which are needed for franchise have been verified and then I have been asked to pay amount of Rs.92752 for office setup including laptop ,cctv ,printer total amount of Rs.2,27,630 in which 40 % amount that is Rs.92752 have to paid by me and remaining beared by the company and 10 May I received a mail by [email protected] that our office setup and equipments have been procured and dispatched also mentioned that it will reach between 22nd to 25th May to our place with their team ..And after that things get delayed due to Corona outbreak and lockdown and we didn’t get any response by the assigned executive Siddharth Mathur who was in touch from starting in the communications regarding Franchise .. I am also uploading the related franchise documents which I have been received through mail…

i request every complainant to please provide their contact details whenever you file a complaint. please provide your contact details…as i am receiving calls from instakart services pvt ltd, they even send me an agreement letter on stamp paper, they are asking for Rs.34500 for franchise fees and they have sent me an office setup quotation of Rs.3,50,000 out of which i have to pay 40% and rest 60% will be paid by company itself.
these are just fake promises. and that’s why i searched for this fraud on ” consumer complaints portal”.
guys lets make a good move although i am not cheated with a big amount but still i want fight against these guys. They have expert technical people ,they are performing organised cyber crime on the name of jobs and business opportunities.
