On 14th October 2024, I placed an order with an Instagram seller using the handle @iramcollection for a product that was advertised on their page. The seller confirmed the order and requested payment via GPay to the number +91 7039643256. I paid ₹1200, and the transaction was successful.
After the payment, I sent multiple follow-up messages via WhatsApp, but the seller did not respond. I have not received the product, nor any tracking information or updates. The seller has completely ignored my attempts to contact them.
