Hi ,
I have followed an Instagram account and ordered two dresses online. they have charged an extra 1000 rs for customization. after a month I find that they have sent only can can of the dresses. which took into the notice of the retailers. they don’t respond at all. when I tried calling them and messaging them, they asked a week’s time. after a week when I asked them to give me tracking information or refund the amount. They blocked my contact in all the modems.
