I ordered defferent product but DTDC Delivery boy given me the defferent product.
I made th payment of RS:- 1,500/- In Cash to the DTDC Delivery boy.
Immediately after getting the delivery I called customer care. And now I complained that I have received a different product. There is no fault of mine in this.
Right now I have come to DTDC branch in Dombivali (Start Colony).
He gave me the number of Surat DTDC from where this product was shipped.
Calls are not getting connected on any of the three numbers of Surat DTDC branch

Now the question arises whether this company is a fraud or the place from where the parcel was sent is a fraud.
